1. Modular Design: This model features a series installation of multiple reactor modules, specifically designed for laboratory applications with lower flow conditions.

2. Innovative Structure: The reactor unit adopts an integral three-layer hollow silicon carbide plate structure. The unique production process for the reaction and heat exchange channels significantly enhances safety. The reaction modular is externally insulated with thermal materials, providing excellent insulation and heat preservation effects.

4. Flexible Configuration: The reactor design includes 1/8 PTFE or 316L tubing for inlet     and outlet liquid pipes, offering flexible options. Each set of reaction modulars is designed with a  two-in-one outlet, and the secondary inlet can be flexibly adjusted for use. Specially designed connecting pipes prevent leakage and detachment, ensuring pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance for safe and reliable operation.

5. Multi-Channel Temperature Display: The reactor consists of 5 sets of reaction modulars, equipped with a multi-channel temperature display. The number of reaction modulars can be customized according to specific requirements.

6. Advanced Heat Exchange: The reactor features two main heat exchange interfaces with customizable standards. Each reaction modular is equipped with an independent control heat exchange regulating valve, allowing individual heat exchange temperature control for each modular. This design enables flexibility in adjusting reaction conditions.

Returns Policy

Since the products are special products for industrial use, return service is generally not provided. If you have special requirements, you can contact us at microchannelreactor@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (5-30 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We provide global shipping, but we can only ship to places covered by our logistics service provider. If our logistics service provider cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you to negotiate a full refund without any compensation.
