1. This model is designed for the serial installation of multiple reactor modules, covering applications from laboratory use to small-scale pilot production.

2. The reactor unit adopts an integral three-layer hollow silicon carbide plate structure, with a unique production process for the reaction and heat exchange channels, significantly improving safety. The external surface of the reaction chip is insulated with thermal materials, providing excellent thermal insulation.

3. Chip dimensions: 225mm*170mm, channel size: 3.5-6mm, reaction flux: 200t/a, conventional liquid holding capacity: 60ml (customizable in the range of 50-80ml). Operating temperature: -40°C to 200°C, design operating pressure ≤50bar.

4. The reactor is designed with 1/4 PTFE or 316L pipes for inlet and outlet liquid flow (conventional pressure resistance above 30kg/cm²), allowing flexible configuration. Each group of reaction chips adopts a two-in-one-out joint design, and the secondary inlet can be flexibly adjusted for use. The unique design of the connecting pipes prevents detachment and leakage, ensuring pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and reliable operation in high and low-temperature environments.

5. This model of reactor consists of 5 sets of reaction chips (standard with multiple temperature indicators), and the number of reaction chips can be customized according to specific requirements.

6. The reactor is equipped with two main heat exchange interfaces, and the standard of these interfaces can be customized as needed. Each reaction chip is equipped with an independent control heat exchange regulating valve, enabling individualized heat exchange temperature control for each chip, providing flexibility in reaction conditions.

Returns Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (5-30 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We provide global shipping, but we can only ship to places covered by our logistics service provider. If our logistics service provider cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you to negotiate a full refund without any compensation.
